2010 Standard and Radial European Championships

2nd - 12th June 2010

Tallinn, Estonia
2010 European Championships is open for both Standard men (
sailors who will be at least 17 years in 2010.) and Radial women (sailors who will be at least 15 years in 2010).

The championship is open to European and non-European sailors. All sailors wishing to enter must complete an ILCA Application Form. Please note that in previous years, non-European sailors interested in attending a European championship were asked to e-mail the ILCA office. This has now changed and non-European sailors should make an application through our web site like all other sailors.

2nd June
Fly into Tallinn Airport to the South of the venue and be met by one of SailCoach's friendly staff.

3rd and 5th June
Familiarization days, we have put these days into the programme to help you get to know the way around Tallinn, set your boat up for the regatta and let you get on the water for a little sailing time before it all starts for real.

SailCoach's coaching staff will help you to get through registration and the regatta measurement, always a hard experience if you have not done it before. Our skilled coaches can also help with sail numbers and national letters. We have the fun of the Opening Ceremony also to look forward too and the
Practice Race.

6th to 11th June
Racing starts in the European Championships, in what promises to be a tough event with the finals being fought out on the last two days. SailCoach's experienced coaching staff will give you all the support you need on and off the water to help you reach your full potential and your regatta goals.

12th June
A member of the SailCoach staff will drop you off at Tallinn Airport for your journey home, hopefully with a few prizes.
