Performance Coach internship
From time to time SailCoach is seeking performance coaches for its internship programme, candidates should be under the age of 25 and have a background in performance sailing. They also must have a working knowledge of English, be athlete centred in order to fit into the SailCoach culture, have a clean driving license, and be prepared to work away from home for long periods.
Other desirable assets would be, a background in Optimist and ILCA racing, having another language such as Spanish, with a passion for sailing and helping young people achieve.

There are opportunities available each summer for Seasonal Sailing Instructors at the RMYC Sailing School. Working in a fantastic location in the Mediterranean on the island of Malta, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team and be challenged to instruct a wide range of students often looking for their first taste of adventure out on the water!
This role is particularly great for anyone looking to start their career in the outdoor industry, searching for a career break or a rewarding Gap Year or wishing to develop your instructing skills. You’ll pick up numerous transferable skills for your CV including group communication, confidence, resourcefulness and how to handle situations as they arise.
