Objectives:

We understand that high performance comes from dedicated hours on the water. Our clinic aims to provide precisely that, with expert coaches guiding sailors to become smarter and faster ILCA sailors. Through on the water drills to improve boat handling, focused racing training to enhance race strategy, video analysis with targeted feedback, and engaging learning experiences, we’ll equip participants with the skills and knowledge to excel.

Pre-Entry Experience:

This clinic is tailored for boys and girls aged 14 to 17 who have been racing for at least two years and are ready to embark on international competition or enhance their sailing skills for success on their national circuit.

ILCA 4 & ILCA 6 Half Term Clinic at our Valencia SailBase: 

For the SailCoach ILCA 6 and ILCA 4 High-Performance Clinic, which will take place at our Valencia SailBase at Real Club Nautico De Valencia between the 25th of October 2026 (Arrival Day) and the 31st of October 2026 (Departure Day). 

Program:

25th October 2025: (arrival day)

Arrive into Valencia Airports between 08:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs and be met by one of SailCoach’s friendly staff.

26th October to 30th of October 2026:

The daily schedule of the ILCA 6 and ILCA 4 High-Performance Clinic will start each morning with a group briefing at 10:00hrs in our SailBase and finish at 17:30hrs.

31st of October 2026: (departure day)

SailCoach staff will drop you off at Valencia Airports between 08:00 hrs and 22:00 hrs for your journey home after some quality training.
