SailCoach Lite is the simplest way for clubs, class associations and performance squads to enjoy a training camp in Valencia. Bring your own coach, and we’ll provide the boats, accommodation, coach RIB, local support and everything else you need for a successful training camp.

Based primarily at our Valencia SailBase, with additional availability in Malta, SailCoach Lite removes the cost and complexity of transporting boats and equipment across Europe, allowing your team to fly in and start training from day one.

Charter Boats

Choose from our fleet of Winner Optimists and predominantly Element 6 ILCA dinghies, all fully prepared and ready to sail from the day you arrive.

Accommodation

Comfortable modern hostel style accommodation is available close to our SailBase, making it easy for sailors and coaches to walk to the boat park each day.

RIB Coach Boats

Our modern fleet of VSR RIBs provides the ideal platform for delivering high-quality training sessions. Fast, stable and purpose built for sailing coaching, each RIB is fully equipped with Plastimo training marks and anchor lines.

Airport Transfers

From the moment your team arrives, we’ll take care of the logistics. Airport transfers are available from both Valencia Airport (VLC) and Malta International Airport (MLA), ensuring your sailors, coaches and luggage are transported directly to the accommodation and SailBase.

Other Facilities

Train from our SailBase, with secure boat storage, classrooms for briefings and debriefs, a gym and easy access to the sailing area. Everything is within walking distance, allowing your team to spend more time training and less time travelling.

Flexible Packages

Every team is different, so we can tailor SailCoach Lite to suit your sailors needs. Whether you’re bringing six sailors for four days or twenty sailors for two weeks, we’ll work with you to create the right package.

Additional Services

SailCoach Lite is designed to be flexible, allowing each club or class association to build a package that suits its own objectives. While many teams simply bring their own coach and make use of our boats and facilities, additional services can be arranged to enhance the training camp.

If required, SailCoach can provide experienced coaches, strength and conditioning sessions, video analysis, boat maintenance support and regatta coaching. Whatever your team’s goals, we’re happy to tailor the programme to create the most productive and enjoyable training experience possible.
