SailCoach has had a long tradition since its foundation of helping those who struggle financially, providing pathway and career opportunities in our sport. We support young sailors based on talent and financial need to join our high-performance programmes for up and coming Olympic sailors. Fast-tracking their sailing careers, giving them the edge in their profession and hopefully building towards taking part in the Olympic Games in many cases.

The SailCoach Foundation also offers a scholarship programme for corporates that would like to contribute to sponsoring young sailing athletes. This allows talented emerging nations sailors, without the funds, to attend SailCoach levelling the playing field with the better funded federations athletes.
