SailCoach was the brainwave of Trevor Millar in 1995. In discussing the idea with his former athlete James O'Callaghan the idea was further developed through the Trinity Business School, Dublin. The company was incorporated in 1996 with the aim of creating a coaching organisation that would help sailors from all parts of the globe to pursue their sailing goals and dreams and predominantly now our sailors are from the emerging sailing nations. However, our mission is about more than just silverware.
