Pavlo has coached some of the world’s leading Optimist sailors, including Sviatoslav Madonichn and the 2025 Optimist Girls’ World Champion, Olha Lubianska (UKR). He is widely recognised for his expertise and contribution to the class. Under his guidance, sailors have consistently achieved podium finishes at the most prestigious international Optimist regattas. Pavlo’s attention to detail, deep knowledge of the class, and proven track record make him a valuable addition to the SailCoach coaching team, helping young sailors reach their full potential on the international stage.
